This Ableton Live tutorial covers two techniques for capturing internally processed audio as a new clip. The first uses an audio track's Audio-From chooser set to Resampling, which lets you record the Master output directly, including everything running through it at that moment. The second reroutes a Return track's Audio-To chooser away from Master and into a dedicated audio track, so the wet signal from a send effect like Delay can be recorded as a clip on its own.
Together these two approaches give you flexible ways to commit internal signal paths to audio without bouncing or exporting. Both are short to set up and work within Live's standard routing interface.
