Logic's Note Repeater turns a single MIDI note into a programmed run of repeats, essentially a MIDI version of delay. Instead of dry and wet audio signal, it repeats the actual note data up to 99 times, so you can build rhythmic patterns without hand-programming every hit.
Delay time works in milliseconds or musical subdivisions down to 1/64 triplets, letting repeats lock to tempo or run free.
Transpose shifts each repeat up to two octaves in either direction, useful for turning a single chord stab into a melodic cascade.
The velocity ramp fades repeats louder or softer relative to the original trigger, and the note range min/max settings shape that curve further, so you can accent a downbeat and taper the tail or build rising intensity into a pattern.
