Double click the audio region to open the editor, switch Flex Time to Flex Pitch, and Logic maps out the individual notes in your recording.
From there, go to Edit and select Create MIDI Track from Flex Data. That instantly generates a MIDI track matching your melody, ready to reassign to a synth, layer with other instruments, or quantize into shape.
