SEIDS shows how to turn on Fade Tool Click Zones in Logic Pro's preferences, a small setting that unlocks a fast way to clean up edits directly in Logic.
Once enabled, hovering over the top corners of a region reveals a fade icon you can drag instantly. It smooths out the harsh clicks that pop up at the start or end of a chopped audio region, without switching tools.
The same click zones do double duty. Control-clicking a corner turns that fade into a speed-up or slow-down effect instead, letting you create quick pitch-ramp transitions right from the edit points you're already fading.
As a bonus, holding Option while hovering the bottom right corner snaps the region cleanly to the grid, useful when you're chopping melodic loops or samples and need edits to land exactly on time.
