Note Chase: hear your pads when scrubbing mid-note

In Bitwig Studio's note editor, the Note Chase setting ensures that long sustaining MIDI notes are triggered even when playback starts mid-note. Without it, pads and chords will stay silent if the playhead is positioned anywhere after the note's start point.
