This short Bitwig tutorial covers the basics of opening and navigating the Note editor, including a pair of shortcuts that make working with MIDI clips noticeably faster. Double-clicking a MIDI clip opens the Detail editor at the bottom of the screen, and the Edit panel layout gives you a full-window view of your notes.
Shift+Tab lets you toggle quickly between the Arranger timeline and the Edit panel layout without breaking your flow. When the zoom level is off, pressing Cmd+A to select all notes and then Z fits everything to the screen instantly, so you always land in a usable view regardless of where the clip starts.
